POLITIQUE DE QUALITÉ

The Management of ORION ITALIA SRL has been organizing its business through the Quality Management System in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard for over 15 years with the aim of pursuing continuous improvement of company efficiency in order to identify and better satisfy the needs of Customers and all Interested Parties.


The primary purpose of the certification is also the continuous improvement of the product, service and processes, as well as the consolidation and expansion of the company's position within the reference market and its context which is constantly evolving both in terms of the range of products and the extension of the customer base in terms of sector.


The Management has therefore established the following strategic objectives that must be pursued by ORION ITALIA SRL through its Quality Management System:



  • expand its position in the reference market, through the introduction of new products and through new systems for the automated dissemination of its contents on the Internet,
  • ensure the protection of company project documents and technical know-how ,
  • identify and evaluate the risks and opportunities associated with each business process and determine actions to address these risks and opportunities,
  • identify the needs and expectations of all interested parties, convert them into requirements and comply with them,
  • activate innovative communication tools inside and outside ORION ITALIA SRL to improve the flow of information and ensure that the needs of relevant stakeholders are known and understood among all those who contribute to the creation of ORION ITALIA SRL products, services and processes
  • maintain an adequate self-control system of the Quality Management System that allows for measuring activities, neutralising problems and providing Management with suitable elements to carry out reviews,
  • pursue continuous improvement.



The commitments undertaken to achieve these objectives are identified in the correct planning and rationalisation of the Quality Management System , in the optimisation of the production cycle, in the control of suppliers and in the correct application of what is defined and described in the Quality Management System documents .

The above Quality Policy is in line with the company policy which pursues the satisfaction of the Customer and relevant stakeholders, while aiming at creating profit for the company.

The staff of ORION ITALIA SRL , having been made aware of the corporate line undertaken, declared themselves ready, within their own sphere of competence, to implement and support the Quality Policy.

Annually, during the Management Review, the Management reviews the Quality Policy to verify its continued relevance and adequacy and defines the objectives to be pursued during the new working year in order to pursue continuous improvement.

The objectives set must be measurable and consistent with the Quality Policy.

The objectives assumed by ORION ITALIA SRL during the Management Review, the risks and opportunities identified for each company process, are documented in the “Objectives, Risks and Opportunities” Module and are brought to the attention of company personnel.
